Not seeing the new ABC dictionary

I went and bought the new ABC dictionary through the app today but nothing seems to have been added. I got an order receipt and checked with my google account that the money has been transferred. Is there something I am supposed to do on my end?

Also, it would be nice if the 'buy' button went away now that I have bought it. Not interested in buying it twice.

That's strange. If you go to the About screen, you can see what has been purchased and what dictionaries are installed. What does it say?

Are you using a Chinese/Taiwanese sim?

Very soon after purchase, you should see a notification showing the dictionary is downloading. Everything should happen pretty automatically...

I'll have a think about the Buy button. In future that may well change to a Dictionary Manager so that you can disable/re-installl/buy dictionaries.

Well, it seems it downloaded this afternoon. With just over a 24 hour delay. Strange, but I was not in a hurry at any rate so long as it arrived.

Danish sim, btw.

That's very odd - but the Market is very oddly behaved in general. The only other explanation I could think of is if you have multiple Google accounts (in Market app, Menu button - Accounts) set up and were currently using the wrong one. That's very unlikely though because you would probably still be using whichever account you used to purchase the ABC dictionary.

Anyway, thanks for reporting back that it's now working.
